Applications will be reviewed on a quarterly basis: March 15 (for travel June 1 or later), June 15 (September 1 or later), September 15 (December 1 or later), and December 15 (March 1 or later). The deadline submission is 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time. Late applications will not be considered.
