The IUBMB Travel Fellowships are designed to support international travel for biochemistry and molecular biology trainees to attend international meetings in the IUBMB region. Applicants must be enrolled in a Ph.D. program or junior researchers within 5 years of receiving a Ph.D.; applicants who have had a gap in their training must indicate this clearly in their application materials. Applicants must be a member of a professional society that is itself a full or associate member of the IUBMB. Applicants to attend a conference are required to present a poster or oral presentation in order to be considered for a fellowship award.
Applications will be reviewed on a quarterly basis: March 15 , June 15 , September 15, and December 15 . The deadline submission is 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time. Late applications will not be considered. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application within eight weeks of submission.
