The PROBio-Africa Fellowship Committee oversees the awarding of the PROBio-Africa Fellowship. These fellowships facilitate the training of graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scientists who are affiliated with FASBMB. These fellowships allow African students, researchers, and scientists to travel and work in laboratories in other countries to complete work towards their Ph.D., to learn techniques, and/or for advanced training not available in their own countries. These fellowships enable recipients to build valuable collaborations and networks to support their careers.
