Redoxin (thioredoxin, glutaredoxin, peroxiredoxin) networks play critical roles in DNA synthesis, antioxidant defence and redox regulation and dysregulation of these networks is associated with several diseases. My lab is interested in the systems biology of these networks. We use a range of tools including computational modelling (Python), in vitro kinetics and cellular assays of redox networks.
