Investigation of the relationship between the growth of aquatic plants (reed – Phragmites) in soils contaminated with radionuclides and their tolerance to phytopathogens, focusing on oxidative damage of proteins.
Leaf development in parasitic plants, particularly sundew (Drosera) from proteomic and transcriptomic perspectives. Identification of genes coding hydrolytic enzymes involved in digestion.
Study of parasitic plants (broomrape – Phelipanche), especially strigolactones involved in seed germination, using phosphoproteomics.
