We are broadly interested in understanding the relationships connecting protein sequence, structure and function in biomedically important proteins. We are also passionate about developing new computational tools and resources for the community. We are currently looking for students and post-docs interested in applying cutting edge AI methods for protein engineering and developing high-throughout experimental approaches for protein function prediction.
